Who am I?
Dr. Auro Del Giglio
Doctor graduated in 1985 from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo, he specialized in Oncology and Hematology at the MD Anderson Cancer Center and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, USA. He is Full Professor of Hematology and Oncology at FMABC. He was elected governor of the Brazilian Chapter of the American College of Physicians from 2010 to 2014.
He is also a member of the editorial board of the Revista da Associação Paulista de Medicina and the magazine of the Associação Médica Brasileira). He is Editor-in-Chief of the Brazilian Journal of Oncology. He is a Member of several Medical Societies including the American College of Physicians (ACP) of which he is a Fellow, the American Society of Hematology (ASH), the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and the Brazilian Society of Clinical Oncology (SBOC).
He supervised several Doctors and Masters, published more than 200 scientific articles in indexed journals and more than 10 books on Oncology, Hematology, Medical Education, Humanism and Judaism

Nurse - Cristina Ito
Graduated in Nursing from the University of São Paulo (1986). She specialized in Therapy Nursing from the USP School of Nursing, Specialist in Oncology Nursing from the Brazilian Society of Oncology Nursing and Specialist in Oncology Nursing from the Antonio Prudente Foundation. He works as an Advanced Practice Nurse at CLIMI, having completed an observational internship at the Oncology Outpatient Clinic at the University of Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania -USA) in 1997 and at Commonwealth Hematology Oncology in 2008 (Massachusetts -USA). She was a founding member of the Brazilian Association of Onco-hematological Nursing (ABRENFOH), serving as administrative director in the association's first term.
Dr. Paulo Spotti Varella
Dr. Paulo Spotti Varella graduated in Medicine from the University of Mogi das Cruzes (1981). Specialist in Medical Oncology by the Brazilian Society of Medical Oncology (SBOC). He is currently a doctor at the Samaritano Hematology and Hemotherapy Unit and is part of Dr. Auro del Giglio's team. He has experience in the field of Medicine, with an emphasis on Hematology, Hemotherapy and Cancerology
